To obtain CE credits:

  1. Read article(s) from the selected list below.  
  2. Type the title of the article and your answers to the questions directly into email or attach an MS Word document (reference your answers by question number).
  3. Email your answers to: tmaxson@att.net or include a hard copy, typewritten please, of your answers with your registration form and payment.
  4. Mail your registration form and payment to OBHS.

 

Each article is worth one CE hour/credit. Your C.E. Certificate will be sent to you by email.
