Ethics and HIPAA CE course now available on-line.  This is a 3 CE units Ethics course for Behavior Analysts (certified by the BACB) and Psychologists (APA).  HIPAA is a federal law pertaining to confidentiality of paper and electronic client/patient information and records and includes procedures and penalties pertaining to patient personal medical information.  All BCBAs/ BCaBAs as well as psychologists must be aware of this federal law, how it affects you as a "health care practitioner," procedures required for ensuring confidentiality of client medical records and personal health-care information, and potential penalties for violating these laws.

New BCBA & Licensed Psychologist Course - Punishment & Child Discipline:  Facts, Myths & Principles.  This 6 credit CE course, now available on line, is authored by Ennio Cipani, Ph.D.  The course provides the professional with a conceptual knowledge of punishment, contrasting a procedural versus outcome-oriented definition.
